• January 2, 2011 - April 8, 2011 ($3,200 1-2 guest, $3,500 3-4 guest, $3,800 5-6 guest)

• April 9, 2011 - Dec. 16, 2011 ($2500 1-2 guest, $3000 3-4 guest, $3200 5-6 guest)

• Dec. 17, 2011 - Jan. 2, 2012 ($4500 1-6 guest)

Additional charges for 7^th and 8^th guests $25.00 per person per night.

All rates are for a seven (7) night rental.

A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival.

Not included in the rental rates is a refundable security deposit and a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8%.
