Yes, we have plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, sun canopy and coolers for our guests to use!

There are some available at the house, but guests can easily rent at some North shore beaches or rent in town at Beach Bum and Cruz Bay.

We strongly suggest using the traditional snorkel and mask; as the full face mask snorkel gear is not safe.

• For 1-4 guests, you get the main living space (including the primary bedroom) and the upper bedroom.  The lower bedroom will not be accessible.

• If you have 5 guests or more, you will also get access to lower bedroom.

No. You will never share Blue Palm Villa with another group, and we will never have other guests stay in the upper or lower bedroom while you visit.

You will not incur any booking fees (as charged by VRBO and Airbnb) but you will still have the standard $300 cleaning fee.

Yes, Blue Palm Villa is on the quiet side of the Island (Coral Bay) and the Taxis will not drive to our side of the Island.
