My wife, Tami, and I have two daughters Allison and Natalie. We reside in Denver, North Carolina around beautiful Lake Norman. Tami and I have been vacationing on St John since the early 1990’s and it has always been our dream to own a piece of paradise. For that dream to finally become reality nearly 30 years later has truly been a surreal experience. It brings us great joy to share our Villa with all of our wonderful guests. Our goal is for everyone to unplug from all the noise and recharge. We are blessed to have the best team on Island and we look forward to serving you before, during and after your stay!
PROPERTY KEEPER
Alexandra Guerrero
Alexandra Guerrero arrived on St. John in March 1998, embarking on a journey that would turn a beautiful island into her forever home. A proud mother of two, she raised her daughter here on the island, while her son now resides in Pennsylvania.
Learning the art of property care and housekeeping from her mother, Alexandra carries forward a legacy of hard work and takes tremendous pride in every detail of what she does. While island life has its challenges, she firmly believes the rewards far outweigh the hardships, viewing her life on St. John as one of her greatest realized dreams.
Having weathered Hurricanes Irma and Maria alongside her community, Alexandra emerged with a profound gratitude for life, carrying a deep awareness of the daily gifts God provides. Her resilience, professional dedication, and warm spirit make her an invaluable asset to the island she loves.
PROPERTY MANAGER
Keleigh Rees
Originally from Maryland, Keleigh’s St. John connection began with family vacations in the late 1970s. She moved to the island in late 2017 to help with hurricane recovery and build its future.
A licensed agent since 2013, Keleigh worked in Annapolis before obtaining her USVI license, later earning her Maryland Broker’s license and becoming Managing Broker. In 2018 she founded Sun and Sea Properties, LLC, a property management company she operates with her team.
Her experience managing a family rental villa and her own properties gives clients practical insight into successful island investments. She oversees transactions with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach and promotes international market standards as Board President of the St. John Board of Realtors.
Keleigh volunteers with Friends of the Virgin Islands National Park, helping monitor beaches during turtle nesting season. In her free time she paddleboards, enjoys the water, and relaxes on the beach with friends!
