While viewing from the front of the Villa, the Lower Bedroom is located beneath the upper bedroom and is separated by solid concrete construction on the far left side. This room is separate from the main structure of the Villa and is accessed by an exterior door to the left of the pool.

Whether watching television on the smart television, reading a book or just relaxing in the sitting area on the comfortable rattan furniture, you will enjoy the views of Coral Bay and the Bordeaux Mountains.

This air conditioned bedroom has a king bed, beautiful clear cypress ceilings, and ceiling fan. The bath has clear cypress ceilings, Italian marble showers and custom mahogany vanities with matching Italian marble counter tops, You can also relax and enjoy the views from the covered deck. There is also a queen-sized pullout couch in the room.
